These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the sale of all goods and services purchased fromLux&Co. By submitting an order for goods and services from Lux&Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Additional taxes, duties, and shipping charges may apply and will be added to the order total. Payment for goods and services is due at the time of purchase. Lux&Co accepts bank wire transfer or cash payment in selective countries.
All orders are subject to shipping and delivery timeframes and availability. Lux&Co is not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Lux&Co offers a 7-day return and exchange policy. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund. Lux&Co is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
Lux&Co provides a two-year limited warranty on all products. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper care.
Lux&Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arise out of or are related to the use of any goods or services provided by Lux&Co.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Lux&Co and the purchaser, and supersede any prior agreements. Lux&Co reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting to the Lux&Co website.
