The RM 26-02 Tourbillon Evil Eye features a tonneau-shaped tripartite case crafted in black TZP ceramic with a red gold case middle, creating a striking contrast that enhances the sculptural design. The skeletonised dial showcases a hand-carved Evil Eye motif made in red gold and finished using grand feu enamel and micro-lacquer techniques, requiring multiple high-temperature firings to achieve its vivid depth and realism. At the heart of the watch is the manual winding RM26-02 tourbillon calibre, built on Grade 5 titanium baseplate and bridges for exceptional rigidity and corrosion resistance. The movement provides a power reserve of approximately 50 hours, displayed via a differential-driven indicator located between 10 and 11 o’clock. Extensive skeletonisation reveals the mechanical architecture from both the front and back of the watch. This model is water resistant to 50 metres and assembled with Grade 5 titanium spline screws and stainless steel washers, highlighting Richard Mille’s advanced construction methods.
